Wolsfeld Cabin is an original 1857 pioneer building, formerly located on the Wolsfeld Family farm in Medina. The Wolsfeld property is now a nature study preserve cared for by the Friends of Wolsfeld Woods. Wolsfeld Woods is a rare remnant of the original Big Woods as experienced by the first Europeans to come to western Hennepin County.
